Business Startup Services

We offer business startup advisory services, including:

Secretary of State filings for Corporations and Limited Liability Companies (Articles of Organization and Articles of Incorporation).
We assist with application for EIN numbers. EINs are Employer Identification Numbers or tax ID numbers for sole proprietors, Corporations, LLCs and estates.
S Corporation Election filing.

Accounting Consultation Services

We do not perform bookkeeping services. However, we provide the following accounting services to support your small business and assist your bookkeeper.

Initial accounting setup for your business.
Review of accounts on a quarterly basis or annual basis in order to ensure end of period adjustments and closing of the books is completed.

Rental Property Consultations

Wilmington is a beach community and tourism provides a large component our local economy. Wilmington has a very active market for both short term and long term rental properties. Our firm provides consulting and tax advisory services for dozens of owners of both residential and commercial rental properties.

Many rental property owners we assist are individuals, whether single or married. Additionally, a large number of our clients that own property are entities, such as single member LLCs, Partnerships, or Corporations.

His background includes receiving Highest Honors in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his BA, as well as a Masters in Accounting, followed by a mathematics teaching post at UNC-Chapel Hill.
